Detox - Day 3

Phew! Made it to Day 3....it's been a little tougher on me than I thought. Day 1 was absolutely fine, no hunger pains or headaches. However, Day 2 didn't get off to a great start. I had quite a restless sleep, so I woke up very tired. It was Monday morning and work was manic. I found it a little bit difficult to work with no food in my belly. I guess my main symptoms were that I felt really tired, felt chilled during the night and in the morning on Day 2 and had hunger pains before lunch and dinner. Perhaps I left it too long too eat. I also did cheat and have 1 stick of celery and an orange as I'm not the type of gal to not eat. 

Today has been so much better, I've been able to add a banana to my chocolate shake, have some vegetables and hummus at lunch and salmon and roasted vegetables for dinner along with the Aloe Vera Gel, Garcinia & Bee Pollent tablets and 2 x chocolate shakes. My energy levels are up and I feel great. 

Throughout the last 3 days I have been doing 30minutes of exercise and drinking plenty of water.

My friend Sarah on the other hand had a different experience which just goes to show how this program effects different people.


"Slept like a log last night but I do feel a little more tired than I normally do. Still no headaches as I have been glugging away not on wine but water. I have not noticed being particularly hungry but I am certainly looking forward to solid food tomorrow as missing the social aspect of meal times"
