Detox - Day 4

Well I'm half way through the program and I'm really excited about losing 4 pounds since I started! It has given me the motivation to keep going with this and stick to the plan. Today I had a Banana Shake for Breakfast, Hummus & Carrot sticks for lunch and a Baked Potato with cheese, beans and salad. Feeling really good and full of beans now!

I also did 60 minutes of exercise including 20 minutes cycling to work and back, 20 minutes jogging and 20 minutes doing an Ab workout video at home. 

What I ate on Day 4 (Usual for Days 3 - 9):

Morning: 
  • 2 Forever Garcinia Plus Capsules 
  • 120ml Aloe Vera Gel + 240ml water
  • 1 Scoop of Forever Lite Ultra shake with soya milk (or skimmed if preferred)
Snack: 
  • 2 Forever Bee Pollent tablets + 240ml water
Lunch:
  • 2 Forever  Garcinia Plus Capsules 
  • 1 Scoop of Forever Lite Ultra shake with soya milk (or skimmed if preferred)
  • 2 Forever Bee Pollent tablets + 240ml water
Dinner
  • 2 Forever  Garcinia Plus Capsules 
  • 120ml Aloe Vera Gel + 240ml water
  • 600 calorie meal (Tonight I had baked potato, salad and a bit of cheese)
  • 2 Forever Bee Pollent tablets  ( I tended not to take these at night as I didn't want it to effect my sleep)
